Organic Milk

Pl let me know what essencially is meant by organic milk and how it differes from the conventional milk and how it is produced
 

Milk produced from animals which has been fed with fodder grown without use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and fungicide. and the animals have not been treated with any drugs and hormones.
 

Can any one please enlighten me about the market potential of organic milk; I mean it's markets, prices vis a vis ordinary milk (non organic).
