You may well aware about the recent demand and Prices ( present Price Rs.150 Plus per Kg of Drumsticks )
We are offering Min 1 acre to any extent according to your investment.
1. Land will be registered in your Name.
2.Lanscaping,Roads inside, Fencing , Digging Borewells, Solar System and Pumping, establishing Irrigation etc., we will do commonly.
3.Plantation and Farming activities in Community Model.
4.Harvest will be sold in dynamically and export.
5.Profit will be shared in acreage basis.
6. A common Farm House will be established with an Health SPA so that members/Family can stay at discounted tariff while visiting the Farm.
7. The Investment will be Rs.7.50 Lakhs per acre which will include the Cost Of land, Registration Charges, Plantation Establishment Charges and Maintenance for one year or up to the commercial Harvesting which ever is earlier.
8.After started to getting Harvest and Income from the Form, Entire Management will be transferred to a Green Trust, so that the Trust will maintain the farm management,accounts etc., transparently.
9.After the First Harvest season over,Investors may sell their holdings time to time through the Trust for their financial benefits. ( Up to the First Harvest it is not transferrable )
10.While selling the Holdings 2% service charges will be paid to the Trust.
