We are planning to setup Onion cold storage near Varanasi. The following items are to be stored along with onion:-
1. Onion -- 2500 MT
2. Garlic -- 1000 MT
3. Ginger -- 250 MT
4. Green Chilly -- 250 MT
5. Fruits -- 1000 MT
We require information regarding the project such as cost of civil construction, cost of machinery, design of cold storage, economics of onion & garlic storage.
