Ongole Cattle Breed

Many good Indian breeds are vanishing and Ongole also is following the suit. It is a good venture to start Ongole farm. Good Ongoles are not available at a single place. you have to struggle to locate them. They will be costly also. An economical way is to go to forests of Ahobilam and Srisailam and procure average Ongoles from hilly herds. You can inseminate these cows with best Ongole Semen that can be imported from Brazil or some other country. You can produce good male and females. Breeding bulls will have lot of demand in future. In India there is a breeding centre in Guntur but I don't know about quality of bulls.

This will be a very good project and you can go ahead if you are a committed, hardworking indivisual ready to wait for 10 years to make profits.
