Hello,
hi everybody, this is Nimin from Kerala, completed B.Com(Finance), working in an MNC Company. I want to put a Cow farm with 10-15 cows and buffaloes (starting). I'm interested in dairy Farming, i don't have any idea about that, so anybody tell me or mail me the details like, what are the necessities that i have to, and how much amount it will take to put, How many acres of land that i need and about the below mentioned details.

Hi Kumar,

If you are new to dairy farming , its important that you get yourself trained and then start it. There are five Dairy Training Centres of the Department viz at Trivandrum, Oachira, Kottayam, Alathur and Kozhikode each headed by a Deputy Director of Dairy Development/Principal. Please contact the office of the above mentioned to get the dates on dairy farming.. Then visit a few dairies to get some practical experience and then proceed with starting your own dairy.
