Subject: Goat farming
We the Shine Farms, spread over area of 70 hectares with 200 Goats in Hyderabad are looking for an enthusiastic, self starter to join our farms as GOAT FARM MANAGER and PARTNER
if any one interested please let me know.
The terms and conditions are as below
All the decision concerned to Goat farming in interest of Shine farms will be taken combine by Shine farms and the partner.
The partner should have a passion for Goat farming, and so be entitled to breed his own 50 Number Osmanabadi does and 2 bucks in our farm for which the entire feed cost, shelter and medical expenses would be borne by Shine Farm,
He has to devote his entire effort, enthusiasm and experience to take good care of not only Shine farms but also his personal goats.
He can develop the scientific system with our help and implement regular De-worming, Breeding Strategy and vaccine schedules for entire farm animal life cycle.
He has to tender his special care for the delivering does and young goats to ensure minimal mortality
He should develop the entire farm fodder in-house with professional ethics and reduce the feed cost wherever possible.
The breeding cycle should be developed and records maintained for entire goats in the farm Special care of the pregnant and breeding Bucks must be of top priority
He has to plan and implement the work schedule for entire labor force and enforce adequate disciplinary actions based on the concerned foreman report either verbal or written
He has to implement feeding that we will provide by our expert as required and the same through is subordinates
He is expected to be available in the farm 24 hrs on 5 day and 2 day off in a week.
He would be provided bachelor accommodation in the farm or near by as per availability.
He can implement any other farm development pro grammes in consultation with Shine Farms.
The partner ship deal between him and the Shine Farms would be a legal one and will be withdrawn immediately with 1 Month Notice if the partner fails to carry out any these mentioned responsibilities or indulge in any activity which would harm the interest of Shine Farms in any way under any circumstances.
