0. You should be physically available when milk is taking by labor 2 times a day, need to monitor that labor is feeding them as per you instructions. This is full time job.
1. First of all you need to know which milk is in demand in your town Buffalo or Cow.
2. Find out vendor who will buy from you ( local milk booth or Dairy)
3. Dairy will give you less price depending on the fat content 30 to 40 rs max they will pay you but they will collect milk sending their own vesicle on daily basis.
4. If you city is contains hot weather don't go for HF they need cold climate.
5. Milk yield depends on feed you feed them, there is FCR for that contact local Veterinary doctor or visit any dairy near by.


You will get many videos on you tube in all languages watch them before visiting Vet doctor.
