Can u suggest me that what quantity of water can i mix in pulp for making a good quality aloe vera juice. Whether DM water is fit for this or need to use distilled water

1.You can get purity of aloe juice upto 99.98% aloe content depending upon the filtration system and mixing method you will install in the production line. It is advisable to install plate filter/bag filter in series to have clarity of the juice. Centrifuge is other option for filtration.
2.From this purified juice, you can make aloe vera juice of different concentration by adding purified water from RO plant at different percentage as per your pre-determined price structure say, 50%,60%,75%,80%, 90% concentration.

Thanks a lot mr. Alok the information given by u is very precious for us. The juices available in market contains pieces like pulp but when we prepared it became whole mixed like thik paste ....how can i get my preparation like others branded juices in market

Your cleaning process of pre-filtration is not proper. Secondly, your raw juice filtration process is not adequate.It requires more filtration stage. Impurities like solid particles ,other high density matter may be responsible for the same.
