Need suggestion for capsicum caltivation method

Hi All,
I am basically located in kerala ( kannur Dist).
I wanted to start Capcicum caltivation.would please anyone can help the method to follow the cultivation.
which soil i need to use ?
which condition is better for good cultivation and whether i need to use poly house for this ?
