We want to start an oyster mushroom farm on mid large scale. We have identified the potential customers as well. The problem we are facing right now is for a piece of land on rent or lease. My wife is also trained in mushroom production as an entrepreneur from Directorate of mushroom research , Solan. Could somebdy pitch in with some space near pimple gurav, sangvi or wakad etc? Please help.
