Wanted Need space for oyster mushroom farming in pune

I and my wife are from pune. We want to start an oyster mushroom farm on mid large scale. We have identified the potential customers as well. The problem we are facing right now is for a piece of land on rent or lease. My wife is also trained in mushroom production as an entrepreneur from Directorate of mushroom research , Solan. Could somebdy pitch in with some space near pimple gurav, sangvi or wakad etc? Please help.
