Need some knowledge and suggestion to set up a bio-fertilizer & biopesticide industry

I'm planning to set up a bio-fertilizer & bio-pesticide industry. My ambition is to encourage the bio-farming, which will reduce our dependency on chemical fertilizer. thus we will be able to get pure natural farming product.
So kindly provide me some knowledge and suggestion.
