Need responsible person to take care of farm on profit sharing basis in Bagnalore

I have 3.5 acres of land in Magadi Taluk (60 kms form Bangalore) and wanted a responsible person to take care of the same on profit sharing model. It has 100 yielding coconut trees in 2 acrs, it has 1.5 acre empty land, so lot of space between trees for intercropping plus you can grow anything in empty 1.5 acres. Fully fenced, bore well water throughout the year.
