As i planned to start a new goat farm near chidambaram in (50+2)ratio. so kindly suggest me the land requirement
and expences as i am fresher to this.

The standard unit for goat rearing is 40+2 given by the NABARD ( National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development) . The unit cost particulars are like this.
Unit cost Rs/1.00 Lakhs
Margin Rs. 0.10 "
Bank Loan Rs. 0.90 "
Subsidy Rs.0.25 " (Back end - this will be adjusted after 3 years lock in period to the Term loan of Rs.0.90 Lskhs if availed)
Interest rate 11.00%
Repayment 6 years yearly instalments around (Rs.10834/- pa along with interest )

If you want to avail loan from a commercial bank in your area , please write to us for project report .The report costs about Rs.1500/-
