am looking for land aprx 20-25 acers plain land or cultivated with water availability within the geographical area of Kerala border (Aryankavu, Puiliyara to Thirunelveli)

Any area nr Shenkotaim, Achanpudur, Ambasamudram, Kadayanallor, , .....etc

Dear Mr Mathew,

This is with reference to your enquiry.

I have a land of about 20 acres at Kuderiyar dam, Palani taluk, Dindugal dist. It
is situated at the foothills of the Kodai range.
It is a mixed loamy soil with good drainage. Presently there is a 4 year old coconut plantation on it. It is secured with solar power fencing, has internal road paths, an open well, motor and drip irrigation system, plenty of water,farm house. Practicing chemical free natural farming from 5 yrs on the land.

The approach road is good from the dam,1.5 km.

Land available near kanyakumari and nagerkoil, Cost is cheap and there is water facility for even putting a mineral water company, Total land value is 104 acres, cost is very cheap 12 crores, If interested please reply back. thank you

sorry sir, not possible to split, but if u have buyers they can totally buy the land,, its worthy for this price,, and it is owned by a joint venture,, crusher unit was used,
