Need investing partner for organic agri & livestock farming

I am planning to float an agri & livestock farming company in partnership or pvt ltd basis. In agri -coffee,cardamom,bananas,orange,avacoda,mushroom and cut flowers. In livestock - few cows, goats, rabbits, free range of country chicken.

All will be farmed organically.

Costs - Purchase of lands, equipments,animals,sheds,etc., approx.Rs.50-60 lakhs.Detailed report will be given upon contact.

ROI - Within 5 years.

I need ONLY ONE investment partner who could contribute 75% of total investment.

I could contribute 25% of total investment, and act as working partner.
