Need information to start-up aloevera farming, Uttar Pradesh.

I want to know from where I can purchase aloe vera buds to start the farming of aloe vera.... actuallyi belong to tehsil Moth in district jhansi (UP)..no one knows about the aloe vera farming in my locality. So please guide me.
