Dear friend,

FARMERS SHOULD JOIN AND PRACTICE WITH IBNMS.(Integrated Bio Nutrient Management System)

Integrated Bio Nutrient Management System is to Bring Natural Soil Fertility. Also Harvest More Quality Organic Vegetables.

“Farmer cannot grow financially till he produces fertiliser for his farm itself!” Tamil Nadu former are practising and using in their agriculture farming since past several years. We shall take the right pathway of decision at the right time .The former with their own interest try to start fertiliser at the farm itself and it is very easy process. Required all materials are available in farm itself. It was a gradual process but desired results received and achieved were constant.”

Tomato, Chilly, Cucumber, Capsicum, Potato, Banana, Sugarcane, Muranga and pomegranate are the main crops. “Integrated Bio Nutrient Management (lBNMS) helping largely in Agriculture .All farmers shall be educated the use of IBNMS. Then the former themselves switch over from chemical based farming to organic based forming system of IBNMS. It is the simple process that involves mixing and fermenting cow dung with other materials. They are cow dung, cow urine, cow ghee, cow milk, buttermilk, jiggery, banana fruits, coconut water, The mixture / liquid ,then it is delivered to a agriculture fields through the pipeline. IBNMS brought down the fertiliser and labour cost, enhanced soil fertility, improved crop yield and decreased pollution in air, soil and water reduced chemical residue in the farm produce. “Most important IBNMS provides resistance to the crops from diseases and pest attack hence there will be no need for using chemical based pesticide and insecticide.

The construction details of IBNMS for big farms. The slurry obtained from the country cow or dairy farm directly goes inside an underground tank (12,000 liter capacity). In the same tank all other ingredients of IBNMS are added and allowed to rest for 21days. “Above the tank there shall have one stirrer through which liquid is mixed occasionally 3 to4 times in a day for 21 days. After the 21 days the mixed liquid is converting as a fertilizer. The tank has pump and pipeline through which the liquid mix reaches across as per your available crops /acres along with water as used for drip irrigation. The liquid mix is applied in the farm 4-5 times in a month as per the plant you planted. “It is one-time investment rest all the activities takes place in routine without any human interference.”

Require the quantities of the ingredients to be used for making IBNMS. Example for 200 litters capacity. 200 litters tank add 50 litters of water , 20 kg cow dung, 10 litters cow urine, 5litters of cow milk, 5 liters sour buttermilk, 2kg of cow ghee, 2 kg jiggery, 2 kg fruits Mix 2-3 times every day for 21 days. IBNMS is ready to use. This liquid mix quantity is sufficient for 1 acre farmland for one time use. Farmers can produce following the same formula for more acres.” These are all natural ingredients therefore will never have any side effects of the crop rather will augment the growth.
TO stop / control the pest .
Organic mixer.
Method 1.
1). 4 litters of Neem(vembu) oil .2). 1 litter of pungan oil, or kirosin 1 litter. 3). surf soap powder .5 litter. add it one by one in separate vessel and mix it properly .keep it safe in pvc drum. from the mixer take 100 ml to 150 ml add with 10 litters of water spray the mixer over the plant like snow in early morning once in 20 days.
Method 2.
1). 20 kg cow dung, 2).10 litters cow urine,Mix 2-3 times every day for 2 days .The mixer is ready for use . Take 1 litter of mixer add 10 litter of water spray the mixer over the plant like snow in early morning once in 10 days.
Apart from IBNMS, The former can cultivate vegetables in summer season also as per market demand. While doing cultivate vegetables in summer season the earth should be covered agriculture waste or some other method .Usually no farmers grows vegetables as listed in summer season.

Please feel free to contact us for further clarification.
