Need information on mixed cultivation in North West Bihar.

I have about 5 acres of land in north east Bihar which is being used at the moment for paddy and wheat farming. I want to change it to mix farming of trees, commercial plants and may be fish. Any suggestions how can I maximize the yield and income.
