I want to grow popular trees in my 5 acer land and want to know about investment and profit cost. How many popular plants we can grow in one acre

Hi, Popular tree plantation is very profitable investment but profit cost of popular timber depend on current market value. You can do 1500 plantation of popular in your 5 acre land. Total investment including popular tree saplings, plantation and maintenance can be 90 Thousand to 1.25 lac Rupees for 4-5 Years.
Profit calculation may be like this-
If your Popular tree after 4-5 Years has weight 2-3 quintals per tree Then
on an avg. 1500 trees has 3000-4500 quintals weight.
And if that time min. market value will be 500 per quintals Then Total sale will be 15,00000- 22,50000 Rupees.
Then Your total net profit after 4-5Years can be 11 lacs to 19 lacs Rupees.
But for better profit you must choose best popular plant verity. There are too many clones. You must choose the clones according to your soil type.
