Can anbody throw some light on the economics of shade net and green house cultivation?

I am looking to cultivate capsicum in Tamil Nadu. Is this feasible in Madurai area?
What are the capital investments in both systems?
What is the yield of crop in both systems?

Just want to understand the basic Benefit Cost of both of these structures.
