My father is illitrate, he sells fertilizers in my village,azlapur karnatak, i dnt knw the process how to get licence, i have completed my b.tech

For Fertilizer Mixture Manufacturing Licence (NPK & Micro nutrient Mixtures) - fill form D

For Fertilizer Wholesale dealer licence - Fill form A-1 and form O

Just contact above mentioned officer of your area. He will guide you completely.
