Planning to start Milk Diary in Andhra, need help how to get the bank loans to start the Diary.

Information required is:

Which banks provide diary loans.
What is the process to get the loan.
Is there any surity required to provide loan, if so what kind of surity.
We are looking loan for land, then to buy cows and initial preparation cost.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Please send the details

Dear Narendra

First Prepare the Project Report, do some research, come to a conclusion regarding size of unit, number of cattle, land requirement for shed, fodder.

Most of the PSU banks SBI, PNB, BOB, etc provide loans.

Get in touch with these banks, they will give you the details of the requirement.

Regards

Loan for dairy

Hallo

Milk is another Oil (petrol) in India. all banks are giving loan but Canara bank is providing easy loan it has its Divisional office for agri project in Bangalore.

Any body can produce any product nothing in it success is only when he push his goods in the market. there are three type of market for milk 1) Major buyers like AAvin, Arokya etc, 2) supplying to Hotels in bulk 3) supplying to individual.

The bank woud't give you loan to purchase land. If u have land u can go loan for dairy project. Again the banks want assured buyers, so only the big companies like HUTSAN/Arokya can give you buy back agreement, then it is easy for u to go for loan. again supplying directly to the individuals give u more profit.

There is no subsidy for diary project. better to locate the project within 200 kms on the 4way road. the reason is transport via 4 way is easy and buy land in 200 kms is cheaper.

regards
shajath
