Need help and guidance in mushroom cultivation in Jharkhand.

kindly guide me for mushroom cultivation in Jharkhand . How much investment required for medium scale farm. From where I can get technical training and business proposition.
 

I want to cultivate oyster mushroom . But I have inquired in local market there is only demand of button mushroom . Kindly guide me is there good market available of oyster ?? I want to start in Jamshedpur . Ready to invest for a medium scale farm for oyster mushroom.
 

Hi, there is no huge difference between oyster and button mushroom, but the cultivation technique for oyster mushroom is very easy compared to button which is bit complicated and need a thorough process to get very good yield from temperature to the environment condition in button mushroom. My advise is you can go with oyster first and once you gain experience you can move on to button and other's too.

Hi, You may require around 5 lakhs for medium sized business, but my advise is to go with a small farming initially and once you get hands on training very well, you can move with good investment.
 

Thanx a lot for your replies. Kindly guide me in marketing approach to be used. How to develop market for my product. Can I sell it in bulk or I have to sell in retail counters

have any idea... cultivate oyster.. 2 way
1) boil
2) lime wash (for example.. per day u make 100 packet after 30 day" normal 22..24 day pin come out but depend on temperature at winter 17 day" your total packet 3000
after 90 day Ur total production 6000 kg approx
time and labur....water....stow cutter, polly bag..roope for hanging
spawn rate Rs75 to 80 per kg 200gm spawn=2 kg product
why u r interested to cultivate dt product is very hard for market
batter u think befor start...... more option are hare....
