Need help and details to start kiwifruit jelly and jam production

Hello Everyone,

I am a commercial kiwifruit farmer in Eastern Nepal. I want to produce jelly, jam and juice using kiwifruit and various other fruits. So I need a detailed information or project report to establish a small factory to produce these products. If anyone has any information related to this, please contact me asap with the total cost required for the necessary equipments or machines and the project report. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
