Question Need guidance to start-up Sheep Farming

Hi All

I am planning to start Sheep Farming, initially I would like to start it with minimum number of sheeps (5 to 10) and later on will expand to 50 or more. I would like to know below,

1. Amount of Land required
2. Licensing required in Tamil Nadu
3. Insurance providers
4. Whether sheeps can be grown in residential area
5. Government based training centers for initial training
