Need guidance to start-up Oragnic Fruit Tree Plantation in Ratnagiri Dist

Friends I have a plan to buy some Agriculture land and start fruit plantation in Organic method. I have decided to buy land in Konkan region as its blessed with great Red Soil & weather to plant different varieties of fruits trees

Now looking for some partners or fellow Nature lovers who would love to do group Organic Fruit Farming.
As it would be easy to market bulk Organic products & build a community who care for mother earth.

Initial plan is to start with best grafted varieties of trees like Mango, Cashew, Lemon, Guava, Custard Apple, Jamun & Karonda along with trees like Malabar Neem & Moringa to safeguard our money. We can also plant some cash crops for initial period to earn constant money & do weed control.

I would love to have some experienced or passionate people towards Agriculture as Partner.
