Need guidance to start up aloevera farming.

Hi Dear Friends,
I want to quit my present job and I want to do farming, when I was browsing I seen some interesting things so I need to shift my self to farming, I have nearly 15 acres of land with 3 bore wells with sufficient water and the land is located at Raichur Dist, Lingasugur Taluka. My plan is to grow Aloe Vera and Ajawan so I need some guidance on this it will be good if I get any one can make a long time contract of buying. Please friends help me on this.
Note : I want to do Organic Farming this is my Aim.

Please friends help me on this.
