Need Guidance regarding subsidy

Hello,

We have few land in valsad district.
Right now we are doing mix crops like rice, sugarcane and in some are we make "wadi" for mango and chiku trees.
Due to recent economy and increasinf in labor cost, we have a hard time to manage and balance our financial goal.
We are looking if we could get any financial help from the government or any other organisation as a subsidy.
Please advise.
