Need guidance for purchase of land in Tamilnadu

I am planning to purchase half an acre of land in Tamil nadu, in a remote village. It is owned by a Trust. I have asked for the Trust deed, Resolution to sell the trust land, EC 13 years, Khatha, IT returns if any of the trust, Sale deed copies. Let me know if these are enough for me to verify and purchase the land

Sir, But i understand that if it is a Trust, there must be a provision to sell moveable and immovable properties clearly mentioned in the Trust deed. Secondly, all the Trustees must sign a resolution to sell the trust property.
