We recommend planting 10 x 10 ft or 12 x 12 ft depending on environmental factors and years for harvest. So approx. 450 - 600 trees per acre.

We have land for sale on the border of Maharashtra and Gujarat. It is in Maharashtra and closest towns are Umbergaon (9km) and Sanjan (2km). The selling price is Rs. 9.50 crores. It is primarily an Indian Sandalwood plantation which is six years old with more than 3000 trees plus 220 Mango trees plus 690 Mahogany trees plus 90 Coconut trees with multiple other fruit trees. It is a scientific experiment with good chances of a miracle in yield terms based on Indian traditional practices with modern farm management (no need to go to Israel when we can do it better with Indian brains).
It has a beautiful well done farm house bungalow of 6000 sq. ft. carpet area including balconies and terraces. It also has a shed accommodation of 2000 sq. ft carpet area for warehouse and farm helpers. We have two bore wells with Jain drip irrigation installed in the entire farm (abundant water and never runs down).
Regular soil tests and water tests done. Natural farming done with no use of chemical fertilizers. Pesticide management done through regular Neem oil spray and organic pest control mechanisms such as pheromone traps and ancient traditional practices such as using red carpenter ants to control pests.
