Question Need guidance for cultivation of aloevera at Hullahalli , Mysore, Karnataka

I wish to cultivate Alovera in my 1 acre land at Hullahalli, Mysore which is located at the Elevation / Altitude: 667 meters above the sea leave with red soil, it is dry land and dependent on rainfall.

Request your valuable suggestions weather I can cultivate or not, if not, is there any other medical corps I can cultivate which gives better margins/profit to cultivate
