Need Fertile agriculture land with access

Looking for a 10 acre fertile agriculture land with access in & around 100KM radius of Chennai. Key purpose of the land is to cultivate organic food and herbal crops.

- It should not be in industrial or SEZ or any development areas
- It should not be residential area
- Fertile land suitable for crop rotation and inter-crop cultivation
- Possibility to extend further for goat and cow farms
 

Land available in chamrajanagar

Sir,
we have 10 acres of agricultural land in chamrajanagar around 165 kms from bangalore and 60 kms from mysore. Presently land is covered with coconut trees and 2yrs old mango plantations. Entire 10 acres are drip irrigation. If it is suitable for u kindly call me Shekar
