All of you are giving good ideas on plantation, types of plants, how to grow them, etc, etc ....... but kindly give some suggestion on labour families who can assist us in the farm.

Mr. Madhusudan, Regarding ur Query for Labour's & their Family for ur Farm- Its not the 'duty' of the Consultant like us to provide you the same. Plz., "search" local Farmer's or Labourer's staying nearby your farm to come & work for you in ur Farm. You can't 'outsource' Labour's & their Families to Come-Stay & Work in ur Farm from different States or Districts. In this Case[Outsource Labour Hiring] you will land into "trouble" if the outsource Labour's & their Family one-day decide to leave ur Farm & ur Cultivation Project in the middle & go back to their Native place.
