Hi Nelson,
It would be very costly to maintain the temp at 16degree in the atmosphere of tamilnadu where temperature is very high almost most of the year. This is my personal experience as i had installed a plant in tamilnadu that you should better go for Milky and oyster mushroom cycles for lesser efforts and better results.
