Need building contractor to build a farmhouse structure in Panvel, New Bombay.

Looking to build a Ground + one + terrace farmhouse ( roughly 1200 x 3 = 3600 sq ft). Land is agriculture land and contractor should be aware of paperwork, permissions, etc.

What is a sample cost for a farmhouse / outhouse construction. It need not be as exclusive as a bungalow,etc but trying to figure out how much would the sq ft construction cost be for a RCC v/s Steel/Iron structure,etc.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Soft Concrete Structures

You can think of this construction. It will be completed in 3 months flat without any cost escalation. Cost budgetary Rs.1,500/Sft.
