Need advice for borewell pump selection

Hello,

We have a very good ground water resource at our place near Hosur, Tamilnadu.

We are planning to start water supply business to few nearby factories. It takes around 30-40 mins to fill a 3000 litres tanker with the present submersible pump.

Could anyone advice me ways to fill the tanker faster. We need to fill the same in atleast 15 mins
