Hi we are a group of 7 friends who have registered ourselves as a partnership.

We would like to have the financial backing of a VC for funding our project.

We intend to do piggery, aquaculture, aquaponics and organic farming on a large scale.

Hello Mr.Rahul,
Good to see you are with a Vision and looking for assistance of VC.

Just felt like sharing a small hint with you after going through your post. As far as I know, VCs will not invest in a Partnership Firm. Not just VCs, but any Professional investor too. The Legal Status of a Partnership Firm and the various limitations it has are the main disadvantages for this.

It would be easy for you to approach a VC if your firm is registered as a Pvt Ltd., Company.

Recently I came across a group called Hyderabd Angels, who, I can say are worth approaching. Go through their website completely and try with them if you feel it suits you.
