1. 5 lack investment from partner
2. 1 lack investment from my side
3. Plus 1 labour from my side
4. Land from my side
Profit & Loss ratio will be 60:40
60% of profit will be share to Partner
5 year bond will be there., other condition of Bond will be discus and confirm with Partner upon a his or her preference / Willingness / Professionalism.
