Napier grass has great potential as a biomass crop that can be used for the production of green heat, power and electricity.
Napier grass produces high biomass yields in most tropical and subtropical climates.
It requires fertile soils and its really high yield makes very difficult for harvest.
Napiergrass is drought-tolerant grows well on marginal lands.
