Your investment on land & our investment (All Capital & Operational Expenses alongwith Technical experts will be done by us) on the Sandal wood plantation & we share the Tax Free Agriculture income on 50:50 basis.

Returns :

As per norms, the Sandalwood trees would be cropped after 12 years and the same will be sold to State Government, at pre approved rates ( Rs. 6000/- per kg as on 2011. )
For example on 1800 sq ft of plot there would be 14 sandalwood trees in 2023, Each Sandalwood Tree fetch minimum 40 kg of Sandalwood worth Rs.33,60,000/- ( 14 X 40 X 6000 ).
Your Tax Free Income would be Rs. 15,80,000/- on 50:50 basis, less operation cost of Rs. 1,00,000/- . As there is a shortage of Sandalwood, the price is going to be increased by 2023 and enhancing your profit too.
Beside this, we handover your plot ( NA ) with internal roads and remaining trees & plants, for you to either construct Villa / Bungalow or Sell the same. The appreciation of the plot (min Rs. 27 lakhs in 2023 ) would be a added bonus.
