Dear sir,
there are three types of mushrom which can be cultivated
1.Button mushroom. which can be cultivated in temperate regions only which needs temperature around 16-20 degree celcious having sufficient shelf life and having grate demand in market but it should be done on industry scale which demands a initial investment around 25 lakhs.
2.Milky mushroom which can be cultivated in hot regions needs the temperature around 34-36 degrees good keeping quality better price and less investment holds good for home scale business.
3.Oyster easy to cultivate, early and thrives well in any temperatures but shelf life is very short has to be marketed with in 6 hrs and no cold stogare.
