Mushroom production

Hi,

I am from orissa.
I am planning to start a mushroom farm.
I mean I will take some land and make a big hall and then there i want to produce Oyester Mushroom as i heard r Button mushroom is not produced in Orissa.
But I am afraid Everyday who will buy mushroom from my farm.How can i improve my businees?Is there any industry who need mushroom everyday?

I am planning to produce mushroom of 100 kg everyday.


Please advise.Your advice means a lot to me.

Dear Sir

Do u have any previous experience of mushrooms or is this is new venture for u. if u dont have any idea first u will have to attend training in mushroom cultivation in any nearest agriculture department who will give u information.
