Dear sir,
there are different mushroom suitable for different temperatures so which place u belong to what is the temp previling there.
Oyster mushroom/ Hypsozygus :- whcih are suitable to all temperatures but keeping quality is less.
Milky Mushroom:- which demands 36 -38 degree good quality mushroom greate demand long losting.
