Mushroom cultivation training in Karnataka

I'm planning to start Oyster / Milky Mushroom cultivation with daily production of 100+ Kg at Puttur (Near Mangalore - Karnataka) , please assist by referring any reputed institute / well established farm to get trained (Bangalore horticulture department training schedule is already closed for the year)
