Hi sir,
Do you want to breed a new strain of mushroom??. Or u meant mushroom cultivation??. To breed a mushroom, u need lab conditions. Please contact the mushroom Research centre at Solan for further details on mushroom breeding.

Dr Sir, Pl don't mind that your question is not clear. there is two steps. 1. Mushroom spawn production_ by taking elite mushroom from wild source and multiply it under aseptic condition (Tissue Culture) for Mother culture multiplication. and these spawn is produced as Mother spawn and so on.From these spawn only,one can produce mushrooms.
