most profitable crop for gujarat

want to grow high profitable crop in gujarat. it could be exotic vegetables,spices,medicinal plants,etc. Can anyone suggest such crop which could be successfully grown in surat,gujarat. Also for high yield i am interested in hydroponic greenhouses.

Any crop could be profitable depending upon factors like Demand, Supply, Cost of Production, Productivity etc.

Which part of Gujarat you belong ? where is the land available ? How much area ? Type of Soil ?

Gujarat has many different Agro Climatic Conditions based upon which different commercial crops are grown in different regions and there is no single crop which can give only profits. You need to have mixed farming/ multiple cropping etc. depending upon the land availability, irrigation facilities, type of input material used, duration of crop, supply and demand factors etc.
