those factors are:
1.Growing condition.
2.Previous knowledge.
3.Field operation.
4.Cantamination.
5.transportation.
6.Market price.
7.Dmand.
8.Supply
There are 2 to three types of mushroom commercialized so far.
1.Oyster. cost of production is Rs.20-30 selling cost is Rs.50 wholesale price retail it is up to Rs.70. easy to cultivation and early which prefers 25 degrease C temperature .
2.Milky mushroom another most important mushroom having very good taste,shelf life and grate demand by hotel and restorent. cost of production is around Rs.35 to 45 and sells Rs.80 to 120 in retail.
