I want to know principle of measure milk fat. Also want to know what effect the fat content of milk.and how to increase the fat naturaly

Hi,
Milk fat is measured by Gerber Method, we need butyro meter, gerber sulphuric acid, amyl alcohal and centrifuge to conduct the test. Milk fat can be naturally increased by feeding the animal with fat rich concentrates like cotton seed, sunflower oil cake, ground nut oil cake etc...
