Melia dubia wood cuttings in Nagpur

Hey
I need around 800 wood cuttings of Melia dubia for a plantation in Nagpur.
I was looking for saplings here some weeks ago but now I need cuttings.
They should have a length of about 20 cm and should be able to easily sprout when planted.

Saplings would also be OK if they could be shipped to Nagpur but I think cuttings would be much easier and cheaper to transport.
