If you find the yellow leaves in grown up trees like aged about two years dn't fear kindly apply iron content fertilizers like ferro sulphate initially and then after long interval The Fungicide "Bavistin " two grams per litre and stir evenly.After taking the Bavistin solution and pour half litre per tree.
